What's the speciality of Viviane's Make up?

Since year 2009 , I started to use pigments eyeshadow. Pigments eyeshadow is a very unique loose powder with beautiful colours. Usually we see a lot of eyeshadow in "cake" form in markets, what is their differences? Firstly Pigment eye shadow's colour are more vivid comparing to the cake form, example when we saw a nice colour on a cake form but after applying on our skin, the colour did not turn out as what we see from our eye. Pigment eyeshadow colour is "what you see is what you get" after you applied it. Secondly, Pigments eyeshadow is definitely more long lasting compare of the cake form. This is due to the particles of the pigments are more loose and it able to stick on our skin easier.

Beside using Pigments as eyeshadow, we can also use it in blushers , highlights, or even mixing with our lipgloss for more radiant effects.

At last... 3 month of planning, 1 month of waiting = get my baby iphone~

I been planning to get an iphone since last christmas. And at last end of march i was able to fulfill my hope and got an iphone, from machines, sunway pyramid. Although abit heart pain to pay so much at once, but after got it still very happy and not regret =)

However, after brought it not more than 1 week, got a news from digi that iphone will be launched by digi early of april.~!! with great deals! for those who don't know, i'm currently working for digi as a customer service consultant, But i'm still actively working as a freelance make up artist.

the iphone package that offered by digi are really tempting me to buy another, so.. i pursue my mom to get one. Which after that she get herself one iphone too~! she's taking 32gb packages, then i swap mine 16gb with hers.

Went to I-city in shah alam yesterday, for those people who don't know what's is it , It's a Technology build city , they have this huge garden with cool technology.. you'll be stunned if you see it even from far away. The dark sky was lighten up by the bright colour of the trees, GUESS WHAT~!! ALL the trees are very colourful. It's sure a nice place to visit, Especially family or couples. To get there? easy~! just drive along the federal highway to the shah alam direction, after you passed the shah alam toll (rm1.10) go straight, follow by all the sign

(I-CITY) usually just keep right on the highway, until you reach the turning to go i-city, u'll need to keep left on da highway, and turn right after traffic light. Overall, just see the direction board, full direction you'll get~!

Oh yea... do try the keropok lekor @ there.. very crispy & yummy~

This make up is very basic till we does not need brushes for it.

Apply Concealer on dark eye circle area and scar area

Apply foundation

After Base

Apply face powder

Apply more on the T zone area

Using finger, Take adequate eyeshadow for personal make up

Start apply on your eyelid. Be careful don't rub outline

After applying first round eyeshadow should be like this.

Blend a little bit outward & upward.

Finish Blending

draw your eyebrow, for eyebrow similar to mine, just darken your eyebrow shape as i already have the shape.

Use a blusher brush to apply blusher on your face,

swipe the excess blusher to prevent hard lines on your cheek.

If you don't know where to start apply blusher, give a smile, then brush at the cheek bone.

Swipe like this... only one way either upward or downward.

Using a right colour & technique you might get slimmer face shape.

Fake double eyelid make up

Today, we will discuss about the fake double eyelid make up. Most of the Asia girls having the most problem of their eyes which is being a single eyelid. We doesn't like single eyelid why??

1. Eyes look smaller
2. Look tiring eyes
3. Unattractive eyes
4. Eyeshadow look nicer of double eyelids

So today i'll talk about transformation from single eyelid to double eyelid.
As results for double eyelid, there's actually a few way we can did it.

1) Most popular & permanent way - eyelid surgery (afraid of pain? then next way )
2) Using Double eyelid tape - a newbie to make up should find it difficult to use it.
3) Eyelid Glue - It's also known as eyelashes glue, apply adequate amount on the eyelashes glue's spatula and pull a line on a eyelid surface, but not really useful for those people who had thick eyelid
4) Eyelashes - Some people with very minor single eyelid might get double eyelid after applying fake eyelashes.
5) Fake Double Eyelid make up - An easy make up that look 2d double eyelid on your eyes.

Technique : Use an eye base, then apply a light colour eyeshadow, blend it, then use a small brush / flat brush to draw a dark line on the eyelid lines. After that, apply on eyelashes to make it more glamour and natural.

HOW TO USE EYELID TAPE?

Things we need

1. small scissor

2. Eyelid tape

cut the eyelid tape into size above, don't need to be too long.

cut a small pieces using your scissor, make sure to have some curve on it.

Adjust the eyelid tape into proper area **Mostly your eyelid lines **

After stick on your eyelids, make sure it is a smooth sticking or else will hurt your eyelid skin.

After that you will get a effect like this~!!

Some people they need two pieces of eyelid tape in one side eyes to make this effect. So just try to adjust it yourself till you get the effect.

*** if you feels something irritating your eye corner, cut the sharp end of the eyelid tape before you stick it on your eye. ***

[Brides Make up] Ms Leong Wedding - Day & Night

The next morning after i came back from langkawi, i had to woke up at 4am to prepare for ms leong wedding.

Arrive at ms leong hotel room at 5.30 sharp for the make up, Able to do make up for ms leong , her 2 sister and her mommy in only 3 hours.

At the next day afternoon, ms leong came over to the saloon for the dinner brides make up, with bridal body art.I specially design a pattern for her gown design and colours.

As Ms leong is going to hotel to change her gown, so she's wearing her own shirt while i'm taking this photos.

Colour of eyeshadow : Red bronze with gold shadow to suit her pink gown

Hair : A half tie up hairstyle with hair extension below.

Body : 5 petals flower art with lining and gold dust.

But so sorry that i didn't took photo of that design on that day, as we are very rushing for her. so please enjoy the photos that i took.

It's the day, which we waited for few months since joey announce that she's getting married by end of this year.

So... We are ready~

Dressed up nicely, done nice make up & hair do, be punctual.... erm.. maybe not so punctual =P

and there we go, to the sri petaling oversea restaurant.

i was so surprise that the oversea restaurant are so small when we saw it from outside but so spacious inside. Beside spacious their skill in decorating the hall are very creative and awesomely nice.

I guess photo may say everything better than i type , so enjoy this blog & photos.

Well, it's a fun day on her dinner. Never really attended a close friend wedding all this while , i felt that attending close friend wedding will make you much easier because you know her well and really felt happy for her meeting her soul mates. I wish joey happy forever no matter when and where.

Shabu Shabu in puchong Puteri

Time to post up some photos of the steamboat me and my sister had at puchong puteri last week, I forget what's the chinese name of the steamboat restaurant but it's a shabu shabu type steamboat which we can had our own boiling bowl each.

It's only RM26.80 per pax, and they have lots choice of food for steamboat. One of my favourite is the "needle mushroom" ^_^ . Eat as many as you can for the reasonable price ~

Beside nice raw food, they also serve fried snack, fresh meat & nice drinks~~

Serum are advice to applied , for best results . For Bride with sensitive skin , please inform earlier to ready a special serum for sensitive skin for you.
Trial Make up Duration Estimate 1 - 2 Hour , I will do Full Trial for Hair styling & eye make up.

Hey friends, i Just came back from the kate warehouse sales today, Lot's of cheap stuff to grab at there... it's from today till 5th december. So whoever who want to buy cheap kate cosmetics had to be fast. It's exact location is just above ambank, very easily found it.

Beside Make up, they also have skin care range there. They had lot's of brand which also under the same company, they have kate,Kanebo,Coffert D'or , Lunosol, and lots more...

I brought those old packaging kate eyeshadow & lipstick only for rm10 each.. very very cheap compare to market price... They also sell various branded perfume there with great discount. Don't miss it my dear, should take a look at there, i believe you can found something useful for youself ~

My Bridal Exam from 30th november - 3th december

Good news to myself, i just passed all of my exam today. These exam which included Bridal Day, Bridal Night, Dinner & Photoshooting. Even i had been a freelance make up artist for quite some time but the exam is still quite tough for me, because i need to do a very clean make up & hairstyle within 1 hour 20 min the most or might be lesser, depanding on which make up i doing. =)

Sonya Concealer wheels

Hi friends, today i will introduce to one of the sonya product i used, nowdays the most problem in our features will be eyes, don't you agree? We have dark eye circle, eye bag and so on.. beside's eye problem, for those people who're above 25 years old, they will start to have pigments and uneven skin colour on their face. To get rid of all this problem, i will use sonya brand concealer wheels. This is a concealer cream base which is suitable for :

As an eye base
Mixing in foundation of concealer
Apply itself only for stronger concealer.
Mix in a highlighter liquid and it will make a perfect highlighter

Basically this concealer wheels have 5 colour , that's why it name as a concealer "Wheel"
Those colour are not create for fun, they have their own function for each of the colour.
First of all i will talk about the function of each of the colour.

Green: Neutralizes redness – perfect for concealing sunburn and rosacea

Yellow: For darkness – excellent for under eye dark circles

Lilac: Brightens yellow skin – highlights the eye lid area

Light Beige: To conceal imperfections – makes an excellent highlighter

Medium Beige: To conceal imperfections

There's another very useful tips to use this sonya concealer wheels too, if you're applying eyeshadow, you can apply some of this concealer as an eye base - this is what everyone know, but with this wheels with 5 colours, you can decide which colour to place as an eye base, following the similiar colour eye base and eye shadow could make your eyeshadow look more shimmer/sharper.

Example : If you are planning to use :
Blue/purple colour eyeshadow you can apply the lilac colour base.
Green/turquoise colour eyeshadow you can apply the green colour base.
Yellow/gold colour eyeshadow you can apply the yellow colour base
For other light colour eyeshaodow you can apply the Light Beige colour base
For other dark colour eyeshadow you can apply the Medium Beige colour base

This is one of my example job done during my interview session, due to model's problem i need to do make up on a substitute which is a guy, and a guy which i known him when i was young in secondary, i really never realise and recognize him, but it couldn't blame me because we are not really close last time. Okay.. so my friend was the unlucky guy that need to be make up by me, after doing the make up, lisa also request me for drawing a body art on the face. so this the photo i snap after it. Enjoy~

A Famosa Trip

To celebrate the end of our competition, ehem.. should be our long-timed stress. we made a decision having a trip to A famosa to relief our stress and relax there =)

It's kinda quick decision actually, we discuss and made decision on this day and decide to go on second day, quick hor? But luckily A famosa have room for us even it's so rush time. Firstly we made a booking for 5 pax which is rm98 / pax which include accommodation , entrance to safari park and cowboy town.

But one of us cannot made it at last so 4 of us continue our trip without her. The "4 of us" which is included me, Kelly , Ivy & Chloe (ken ling), even though ivy are not one of the student of sense & style or taking part in competition wif us, but we still invite her together , why? because best friend lor... nothing better than a group of best friend going on a trip together, if you ask me to go on trip with gangs of people which i don't really close with them, i'll surely be damn not used to it.

the apartment...

Okay, skip to the trip part :

This trip is actually very short and fun trip, only 2 day 1 night in A famosa's apartment named Beverly hills apartment. Actually i'm kinda disappointed because we was hoping to stay in the A famosa resorts, but the check in counter told us if we want to change to resorts need to add another rm20 per pax, seriously i was shock at first knowing the resort was actually more expensive than the apartment, but at last we doesn't want to waste our time in the check in counter, we just accept our apartment and take a " banana truck " to our apartment, every ride charged by the banana truck is only RM1/ person , personally i think it's a reasonable price . At least better than you drive.

After checking in the apartment, we quickly change for swimming attire and rush to water park in A famosa, this water park are very famous for their 7 floor slides, but too bad on that day we go there is some camera shooting at there, and we can't play it.

since our package are not included water park we have to pay extra to get in, RM35 per pax include 1 lunch and drinks. I really enjoyed myself alot at there especially with those slides. I'll upload a funny video that i record at there, me & ivy was floating on the wave pool and suddenly we are smack by the wave and turn upside down, luckily it's very shallow if not ivy sure die edi. lolx.. forget to mention, 4 of us there only i know how to swim, so i need to protect them that day making me almost drowned too... there's a moment kelly and i floating on the deep area, suddenly she fell off from the float then i carry her up, she shout so damn loud ler like scare die at there..... hahahaha, i should record how she drowned so damn funny. Every one there looking at her, i only knew it after i save her, ivy told me after that... Damn pai sehh la.

We get a nice bath and relax at our apartment awhile then we start to go cowboy town at night around 8pm, it's a nice and well decorate small town. I also saw a cute horse over there waiting people to ride it, but too bad i'm too old to ride it, those are mini horse only for kid. But i snap some picture of it =)

around 9pm the red indian show start, very nice show and good playing fire technique. After that, there's a carnival show too... lot's animal walking infront of us greetings and acting cute too, i love the elephant over there, they're so cute man...

the next morning, we check out and leave our luggage at there luggage centre and went to safari world, actually i been here years ago, when i still in primary school. Things are not changed ever before, the bird show, the animal show , the elephant show still the same. but the cowboy show become very sux, regret sitting there almost an hour to see them doing stupid things. They also invite me out for volunteer in the multi animal show and elephant show, it's a good thing so i can really touch the animals.

other than show, the monkey island also my favorite place of all, i can carry the rabbit, touch the monkey and feed the birds there. There's one small monkey saw my hand holding some peanuts, it jump on my body and hug me... damn cute lar~~~

The walk through area also a good place to recommend , the cute sheep over there very friendly, you can touch and feed them very closely.. and they also have my favorite animals over there, the raccoon.. =) i think i better stop here and let's the photo tell every things.
