This make up , Glossy look very suitable for healthy looking advertisment because it's look like your face very shinny and healthy skin tone. 

Normally we could see this type of make up at swim wear / sports advertisment in magazines.

It's one of the very common make up use by make up artist for healthy skin theme. 

First , we need to apply foundation + baby oil (little) on the face , then follow with eye shadow & eyeliner , mascara + eyelashes , and then blushers. After doing all these steps , apply the face with a soak baby oil sponge, becareful not to make the colour or foundation smear... (My mistake +.+)

At last , apply lipcolour + juicy lipgloss/babyoil.
